Wendy Petropoulos provides economic analysis and expert support in antitrust, competition, and commercial litigation matters. Dr. Petropoulos’ antitrust experience includes merger reviews, merger litigation, and allegations of anticompetitive conduct. For mergers and potential mergers, she helps to develop and estimate models of competition; she also assists clients in assessing antitrust risk and responses to second requests. Dr. Petropoulos’ expertise also includes econometrics and industrial organization.

Previously, Dr. Petropoulos held senior roles at a global economic consulting firm. She also worked as a researcher at Carnegie Mellon University Census Research Data Center, where she conducted economic research on productivity dynamics.
