With a focus on the transportation and energy industries, Dr. Delibasi has worked on numerous matters involving airlines and airports, automobiles and trucks, fuel and emissions, rail, and related infrastructure. She consults to clients and supports experts through all phases of litigation, arbitration, merger, and regulatory investigations.

Dr. Delibasi applies economic and quantitative analysis to supply, demand, cost, and damages forecasting issues. She has worked on survey design and developed quantitative models based on survey content. Representative analyses include:
