Dr. Sancheti is experienced in all stages of the merger review process and merger litigation. On behalf of government agencies, merging parties, and third parties, he consults on competitive effects of mergers in a range of industries, including technology, semiconductors, telecommunications, media and entertainment, and industrial products. His experience covers both horizontal and vertical mergers.
