Graham McKee is an economist with extensive experience applying economic and statistical analysis to complex commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings. Dr. McKee consults on a range of applied economics matters, with a focus on labor market issues, including labor market antitrust and labor discrimination claims. As a member of Cornerstone Research’s Applied Research Center, he works closely with case teams to support experts and deliver innovative, high-quality, and efficient analyses for clients, often in matters involving large-scale proprietary data.
In his previous role as a consulting manager at Cornerstone Research, Dr. McKee addressed class certification, liability, and damages issues in labor discrimination, worker classification, and antitrust matters. Before joining the Applied Research Center, he worked as a senior economist at Amazon, analyzing customer behavior and developing scalable, automated statistical tools to support pricing decisions and demand forecasts in the devices and services business.
Dr. McKee’s labor economics research has been published in Empirical Economics and featured in the Chicago Booth Review.
