With extensive experience analyzing financial markets—including equity, fixed income, derivative, and cryptocurrency markets—Dr. Kropf addresses market manipulation claims, alleged insider trading, securities litigation, and general damages, among others. He has developed algorithms to identify unauthorized trading, evaluated the market impact and market damages of trading conduct, and analyzed large and complex datasets, such as market data, trading data, and accounting records.

Dr. Kropf evaluates the operations of various financial institutions, including banks, trading firms, hedge funds, and private equity firms. He has extensive experience analyzing internal records, such as institutional trading and holding data, customer accounts, transactions data, and trader communications; and internal systems, such as trading algorithms, alert systems designed to identify potential illegal conduct, and valuation tools.
