- Rahul Guha is CEO of Cornerstone Research, based in the firm’s Chicago office. Dr Guha leads an international team of professionals dedicated to supporting clients and experts in a range of complex litigation challenges. He has twenty-five years of experience applying economic analysis to a wide range of high-profile antitrust, intellectual property and alleged product misrepresentation cases.
- David F. Marcus is a senior vice president, based in the firm’s Boston office. Dr Marcus has more than twenty-five years of experience providing consulting services and expert testimony in litigation involving economic and financial issues. His primary areas of focus are securities litigation, valuation, cases involving financial institutions and white collar litigation.
- Andrew D. Richmond is a senior vice president, based in the firm’s Chicago office. Mr Richmond has over thirty years of litigation consulting and expert witness experience. He has testified on the topics of forensic accounting, fraud and concealment schemes, valuation, loss causation and economic damages in a wide variety of commercial disputes.
- Andrea Shepard is a senior adviser to Cornerstone Research. Dr Shepard directs analyses for large, complex antitrust litigation and merger reviews. She is the former co-head of Cornerstone Research’s antitrust and competition practice and an emeritus professor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
