Yesim Richardson honored by Consulting Magazine for outstanding leadership, innovation, and mentoring among women in the consulting profession.
Yesim Richardson has been named to Consulting Magazine’s 2024 list of Women Leaders in Consulting. Dr. Richardson joins a select group of outstanding women consultants honored for Excellence in Leadership. Those named to this category demonstrate “‘above-and-beyond’ leadership displayed across multiple categories, disciplines and being an influencer, innovator and mentor among peers, coworkers, and clients.”

“Being recognized for this Excellence in Leadership Award affirms the values to which I have dedicated my career: collaboration, excellence, mentoring, and treating everyone with respect and dignity,” noted Dr. Richardson. “As a female immigrant from a Muslim culture, I have always felt that I belong at Cornerstone Research. As the firm’s president, I strive to create an environment where all of our people feel at home the same way I do. I’m honored to receive this award, which inspires women to join our fascinating profession.”
Dr. Richardson applies economic and financial analysis to complex litigation involving securities, financial institutions, valuation, and real estate. She works with clients in a variety of financial sectors as well as other industries, such as energy, telecommunications, high technology, and pharmaceuticals. Dr. Richardson serves on Cornerstone Research’s board of directors; is chair of the firm’s DEI Council, which she also helped to create; and formerly led the financial institutions practice.
