Economic and financial consulting firm advances Sara E. Gilley in Chicago and Shaama Pandya in Washington, DC.

- Sara E. Gilley focuses on securities and white collar litigation. Based in the Chicago office, she consults on economic and financial issues that arise in federal class actions, corporate investigations, and government enforcement activity. A noted expert on SEC enforcement, Ms. Gilley manages the firm’s research in this area, which has been cited in the Financial Times, Forbes, and the New York Times DealBook. She graduated from Tulane University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
- Shaama Pandya specializes in securities litigation and consumer finance. She has worked on several significant securities matters involving domestic and foreign corporations, and has addressed a wide range of issues including market efficiency, liability, and damages. Ms. Pandya has worked on regulatory and litigation matters in consumer finance, and consults to financial institutions on class certification and consumer remediation issues. A graduate of Duke University, Ms. Pandya holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She is based in Washington, DC.
