Anca Cojoc, Matthias Lux and Nikita Roketskiy of Cornerstone Research will present on panels focused on European competition law and litigation at this three-day conference in Dublin.
On day two of the conference, Dr Roketskiy will participate in the Workshop Sessions 2, Regulatory Challenges, focused on “Navigating Market Studies and Market Investigations.” Dr Cojoc will join the Workshop Sessions 5, Regulatory Challenges, for a discussion titled “Navigating Digital Markets Regulation.”
On day three, Dr Lux will speak on a panel titled “AI: Navigating Emerging Areas in Competition.” Panellists will discuss balancing innovation with effective regulation; how the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and the Digital Services Act (DSA) may affect artificial intelligence (AI); alleged algorithmic collusion and its regulatory implications; and theories of harm in the AI space.
