Share

Pinar Yildirim of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, will speak on this panel at the Antitrust Women’s Roundtable.

The emergence of new technologies in benchmarking and dynamic pricing requires new ways of thinking about potential competition challenges. Panelists will evaluate whether Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) and other existing laws are sufficient or if new laws and regulations are necessary.

Panelists will also discuss recent developments in enforcement trends and private litigation at the intersection of technology and pricing, including artificial intelligence (AI) and algorithmic price setting.

Hosted by the Antitrust Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA), this event spotlights experiences and perspectives of women practitioners and experts in antitrust, consumer protection, and data privacy. For more information, visit the event website.
