Vilen Lipatov will participate in a panel titled “Innovation and Market Definition” at this one-day conference in London.
Digital markets are changing. Discussions of public financing are likewise evolving, challenging traditional approaches and emphasizing indirect ecosystem constraints, such as those on display in the NVIDIA/Arm merger.
Panelists will analyze these market definition debates and developments in the context of the Microsoft/Activision case, currently under review by the UK Competition & Markets Authority (CMA). They will also examine the CMA’s updated guidelines and highlight how the European Commission’s review of market definition is fostering discussion of digital market parameters.
