Joseph Grundfest of Stanford University, former SEC Chair Mary Jo White, and former SEC Commissioner Robert Jackson Jr. addressed the future of the Commission under a new SEC Chair. Jennifer Marietta-Westberg of Cornerstone Research served as moderator.

Their discussion focused on the SEC’s disclosure initiatives, including those related to environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) matters, political contributions, and proxy voting, as well as enforcement priorities and related political considerations.
