Andrew Sweeting of the University of Maryland, College Park spoke at this two-day conference in Chicago.

Participants at this annual event took part in panel discussions and paper presentations covering multiple topics in antitrust and competition, including new merger guidelines, antitrust enforcement, and the impact of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Professor Sweeting participated in the “Bargaining and Dynamic Competition” panel.

This event was hosted by the Northwestern Center on Law, Business, and Economics at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and the Center for the Study of Industrial Organization at Northwestern.
