Samid Hussain and Matteo Li Bergolis of Cornerstone Research will lead a discussion of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) on the motor vehicle industry.
On day two of this three-day conference, Dr. Hussain and Dr. Li Bergolis will moderate a panel titled “The Legal and Economic Implications of AI and Machine Learning for Advanced Mobility.” Legal, economic, and marketing experts, including Lorin Hitt of the University of Pennsylvania and Yesim Orhun of the University of Michigan, will examine emerging trends in antitrust, intellectual property, product liability, and privacy litigation involving motor vehicles.
Speakers will also discuss the strengths and weaknesses of various empirical methods used to assess liability, injury, and damages in these complex matters.
