The emergence of generative artificial intelligence (AI) has prompted a policy debate over the regulatory and antitrust challenges ahead of the AI revolution.
Panelists will address the following key topics:
- The impact of generative AI on business models and competitive dynamics in digital and nondigital markets
- Regulatory challenges arising in response to the AI revolution
- Anticompetitive behaviors that AI may foster, and how competition authorities can detect such practices
