Counsel for the merging parties retained Cornerstone Research to support Ravi Dhar of the Yale School of Management in securing antitrust approval with the European Commission. In 2021, EssilorLuxottica’s completed its €7.2 billion acquisition of GrandVision, a global optical retail chain.
