As general counsel of Cornerstone Research, Fernanda Schmid manages the firm’s legal, compliance, and business risk matters. Ms. Schmid is a member of the firm’s executive committee and its operating policy committee. She also chairs the pro bono and risk management committees.

Prior to joining Cornerstone Research, Ms. Schmid was a litigation attorney.
